BMWC Process Fabrications’ multi-crafted talents also include Steel Erection Services.  We have provided these services for a wide variety of new construction, capital expansion and routine facility retro-fit projects.  During the past five (5) years, BMWC Process Fabrications has erected approximately three-thousand five-hundred (3,500) tons of structural steel including three (3) Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) support structures, two (2) major refinery expansions and several bulk material handling systems associated with the power generation industry. While most of our projects are focused on the heavy industrial, BMWC Process Fabrications is also skilled in constructing pre-engineered buildings while acting as a general contractor and managing all of the subcontracted services falling within the scope of such projects.

A detailed and reliable safety planning process is critical for any Steel Erection Services project and BMWC Process Fabrications’s attention to these details as a result of our extensive history and knowledge has been modeled by others in our industry.  Our skills in providing such critical rigging services, especially for the execution of heavy capacity crane lifts along with those uniquely-sized or tight foot prints common on today’s construction sites for placement of mechanical assemblies and other structural components has been successfully demonstrated by BMWC Process Fabrications in petrochemical, power generation and other similar sites for many years.
